Dog Policy
Dear guests, We are delighted that you are spending your vacation with us along with your four-legged friend. To ensure that all guests—with or without a dog—feel comfortable and that our apartments remain in good condition for years to come, we ask that you follow a few simple rules:

1. Registration

• Pre-registration: Dogs must be registered before arrival. The fee is payable in advance along with the apartment rental fee. For dogs not registered before arrival, the on-site fee is increased by 30%. Please provide us with your dog’s breed and weight during the booking process in the “Special Requests” section.
• Liability: As owners, you are fully liable for any damage (to furniture, doors, or outdoor structures) caused by your pet. Please report any damage immediately.

2. Behaviour in the Apartment

• Furniture and Beds: Dogs are not allowed on sofas or beds. However, if your dog is used to relaxing on sofas and beds at home, please bring a blanket for your dog or use the blanket included in the “dog vacation kit” that you will find in your apartment upon arrival.
• Do not leave your dog alone: Please do not leave your dog unattended in the apartment unless it is completely calm and accustomed to being alone in a relaxed manner, without barking or scratching at the doors.
• Wet and dirty: If your dog is wet or dirty, please dry and clean him thoroughly before letting him into the apartment. A dog towel is included in the “vacation kit.”

3. Inside Residenza Fontanelle

• Leash requirement: Dogs must be kept on a leash throughout the entire Residenza Fontanelle property.
• No relieving themselves inside the complex: Dogs are not allowed to relieve themselves (pee & poop) inside the Residenza Fontanelle. For walks, please use only the trails outside our complex.
• Remove waste immediately: If, despite all precautions, an accident occurs inside the residence, please remove the waste immediately and completely using a designated bag. Dispose of it, securely closed, in the designated trash bin for residual waste in the collection area near the gate. Urine must be washed away with plenty of water.
• Respect: Please ensure that other guests are not disturbed by constant whining or barking.
• Prohibition on using the showers in the shower-area: The showers provided for guests must not be used by dogs under any circumstances. They are intended exclusively for human use.

4. Miscellaneous

• Violations: In the event of serious violations of these house rules or damage to property, we reserve the right to terminate your stay early.
